Indian athletes win medals at Commonwealth Games javelin and decathlon

At the Commonwealth Games, Indian athlete Neeraj Chopra secured a silver medal in the men's javelin throw with a season-best effort of 85.83 meters. Yashvir Singh also won a bronze medal in the same event. In the decathlon, Tejaswin Shankar earned a bronze medal, becoming the first Indian to achieve this in the discipline. Rumesh Tharanga Pathirage of Sri Lanka won the gold medal in the javelin throw.
