Bombay HC quashes externment for protesting Babri Masjid demolition
The Bombay High Court has quashed the externment order against an SDPI worker who was removed from Mumbai for protesting the demolition of the Babri Masjid. The court stated that opposing the demolition is not anti-national. The externment order was issued by the Mumbai Police Commissioner.
