Seema Kaliramna wins discus bronze at Commonwealth Games 2026

Seema Kaliramna secured a bronze medal in the women's discus throw at the Commonwealth Games 2026, achieving a best throw of 58.65 meters. The 27-year-old athlete from Haryana made a comeback after managing post-pregnancy complications, including arthritis and a knee injury. Kaliramna is also pursuing a PhD in Physical Education. Her achievement adds another medal for India at the Games.
