US sanctions entities aiding Iran's Mahan Air
The United States has imposed sanctions on entities in India, China, and Russia accused of supporting Iran's Mahan Air airline. The U.S. Treasury Department stated these entities facilitated financial transactions and provided services for Mahan Air, which it claims supports Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). India-based Skiez Travels is among the sanctioned firms. The sanctions aim to disrupt networks supporting what the U.S. describes as a "terrorist enterprise."
