Building collapses in India and China, causing multiple fatalities
A four-storey building collapsed in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India, resulting in at least 10 deaths and trapping an unknown number of people under debris. Rescue operations are ongoing. Separately, a massive landslide in Chongqing, China, killed at least 51 people and left 10 missing after burying residential buildings along the Wujiang River. The China landslide occurred on July 17.
