Thousands of migrants cross into Spanish enclave Ceuta from Morocco
Tens of thousands of migrants, reportedly around 49,000 to 60,000, crossed from Morocco into the Spanish city of Ceuta in a few days. Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez condemned the border breach as a violation of territorial integrity. Reports indicate at least 57 migrants died during the crossing. Spain has stated that migrants are returning from Ceuta, and efforts are underway by Spain and Morocco to halt the influx.
