Karnataka HC questions KPSC recruitment probe, NICE road scam
The Karnataka High Court has questioned the state government regarding a probe into irregularities in the Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) recruitment process. The court asked why the investigation should not be transferred to the CBI. Separately, the High Court described the NICE road project as the 'biggest scam' and called for a forensic audit. In another development, the court also rapped the state over a mob assault on a mentally ill youth.
