US F-35B fighter jet crashes in California, pilot ejects safely
A US Marine Corps F-35B stealth fighter jet crashed near the Marine Corps Air Station Miramar in San Diego, California on Friday. The pilot ejected safely from the aircraft and was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The cause of the crash is under investigation. The F-35B is a single-seat, single-engine, all-weather stealth fighter jet.
