ChrysCapital Acquires Controlling Stake in Novartis India
Private equity firm ChrysCapital has acquired a controlling stake in Novartis India. Following the acquisition, ChrysCapital appointed Vikas Gupta as the new CEO of Novartis India. This marks ChrysCapital's first majority-controlled investment in the Indian pharmaceutical sector.
