Fast-track courts established for exam malpractice cases
Five fast-track courts have been established by the Calcutta High Court to handle cases related to the NEET 2026 paper leak. In a separate development, Maharashtra has identified 203 exam malpractice cases, including one dating back to 2002, to be processed through fast-track courts. The effectiveness and speed of these fast-track courts have been questioned.
