College owner threatened with ₹7 crore ransom in Panipat
A college owner in Panipat received a ransom demand of ₹7 crore, with the threat that they had 24 hours to arrange the money. The perpetrators identified themselves as "Harry Boxer". Police arrested four suspects within 72 hours of the incident.
