Charges Framed Against Ex-Cops in Antilia Bomb Scare Case
A special NIA court has framed charges against ten accused, including former police officers Sachin Waze and Pradeep Sharma, in the Antilia bomb scare case. The accused will face trial for offenses including murder, extortion, criminal conspiracy, and terror charges under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. The accused have pleaded not guilty to the charges. The case involves the planting of an explosives-laden vehicle near the residence of industrialist Mukesh Ambani and the subsequent murder of businessman Mansukh Hiran.
