Spain installs border fence after migrant rush kills dozens
Spain is installing a containment fence on its border with Morocco in Ceuta following a large influx of migrants. At least 67 people died during the frontier rush. Spanish Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska stated that authorities are "relentless against those who break the law." The events have caused a political storm in Europe, exposing divisions over migration.
