Two Indian companies announce IPOs, one opens July 30, another July 29
Two Indian companies, Dhaval Packaging and Manipal Health Enterprises, have announced Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). Dhaval Packaging's IPO, aiming to raise Rs. 36.36 crore, is set to open on July 30. Manipal Health Enterprises' IPO opened on July 29 with a price band of ₹560-590 per share, seeking to raise ₹8,000 crore. This offering has received significant backing from global and domestic institutional investors. Manipal Health Enterprises expects share allotment on August 3 and market debut on August 5.
