Delhi High Court Issues Notice to Police Over Umar Khalid's Bail Plea
The Delhi High Court has issued a notice to the police, seeking a reply on Umar Khalid's bail plea. The court is set to hear Hari Prasad's bail plea today. Former JNU scholar Umar Khalid was arrested in connection with the January 2020 anti-CAA protest violence. The police have been asked to respond to Khalid's bail application by February 10.
