DDA reduces pending complaints by 85% in six months

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has reduced its backlog of pending complaints by 85% over a six-month period. The number of unresolved complaints decreased from 22,946 to 3,167. During January to June, approximately 20,000 complaints were resolved, with one report stating 19,779 complaints were settled.
