Uttar Pradesh government presents supplementary budget, approves cabinet decisions

The Uttar Pradesh government presented a supplementary budget of over ₹59,000 crore in the state assembly. The budget includes capital expenditure of ₹41,620.04 crore. The state cabinet also met and is expected to approve over 21 decisions related to education, infrastructure, investment, agriculture, and administrative reforms. Specific proposals include changes in madrasa education, establishing U-HUBs in Lucknow and Noida, and connecting Jewar Airport to the Ganga Expressway. The government also plans to increase honorariums for Anganwadi, Asha workers, and cooks.
