Delhi Yamuna Fish Have Higher Microplastic Load Than Haryana Fish: Study

A study by Delhi University found that fish from Delhi's stretch of the Yamuna River contain a higher concentration of microplastics compared to fish from upstream Haryana. The research specifically examined the microplastic load in fish originating from the Delhi segment of the river and contrasted it with those from Haryana. The findings indicate a greater accumulation of microplastics in fish found in the Delhi waters.
