TRAI Revamps MyCall App for Reporting Call Quality Issues

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has revamped its MyCall mobile application, originally launched in 2017. The updated app includes new features allowing users to rate call quality and report issues such as call drops or low voice volume. Users can also use the app to file complaints regarding call quality. The revamp aims to provide TRAI with data to monitor and improve telecom service quality.
