Akhilesh Yadav claims UP shut 26,000 schools; minister responds
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav claimed that over 26,000 schools in Uttar Pradesh have been shut down. He made this statement during a press conference. In response, Minister Sandeep Singh stated that the government has not closed any schools and that the education department is working to improve the quality of education. Singh also mentioned that the government is providing facilities in schools.
