Kerala Orders Probe into Sabarimala Ghee Supply Irregularities
The Kerala government has ordered a Crime Branch investigation into alleged irregularities in the supply of ghee to the Sabarimala temple. A preliminary inquiry reportedly uncovered serious lapses. The Vigilance probe is widening to include a blacklisted contractor and figures from the previous LDF government. Health and Devaswom Minister K. Muraleedharan announced the probe.
