Former Governor D.Y. Patil Dies at 90 or 92
D.Y. Patil, who served as the Governor of Bihar and later Bengal, has passed away. Reports indicate he was either 90 or 92 years old at the time of his death. He was also recognized as an education visionary and a Padma Shri awardee.
