Centre Notifies Rules for Export-Only E-commerce Inventory Model
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has notified rules for an export-only inventory model for e-commerce firms. Under the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, foreign companies will be required to establish separate units for e-commerce exports. This framework is designed for cross-border e-commerce operations.
