Mumbai Police Act Against Extortion Rackets, Arrest 12

Mumbai Police have registered an FIR against individuals posing as fake parking attendants who allegedly extorted ₹500 from motorists in the Fort area. In a separate incident, a fake UTS ticket racket operating on Western Railway's AC local trains was busted, leading to an FIR and passenger warnings. Additionally, Mumbai Police invoked the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against the 'Z Gang', arresting 12 individuals in connection with an extortion racket.
