Delhi Court Rejects Pleas in Al-Falah University PMLA Case

A Delhi court has rejected all pleas filed by Jawad Ahmed Siddiqui, the accused in a Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) case linked to the Red Fort blast. Siddiqui, chairman of Al-Falah University, had sought access to "sterling documents" and Enforcement Directorate (ED) records. The court dismissed his demands for unrelied upon documents, stating that the case involves ₹415 crore.
