Ardee Industries IPO Sees Strong Subscription on Day 1
The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Ardee Industries opened on August 5, with a price band of ₹50 to ₹53 per share. The company successfully raised ₹128 crore from anchor investors prior to the opening. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹320 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.99 crore shares. By the end of its first day, the issue was subscribed 3.08 times.
