Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh welcomed in Gonda after acquittal
Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh received a large welcome in Gonda following his acquittal in a sexual harassment case involving wrestlers. Supporters greeted him at Ayodhya's international airport with drums, music, and chants of 'Sher Aaya' (The Lion Has Arrived). His convoy was showered with flower petals along the route from the airport. After his acquittal, Singh stated that the sexual harassment allegations were politically motivated.
