Tamil Nadu TASMAC to launch online liquor booking for in-person pickup
Tamil Nadu's state-run liquor retailer, TASMAC, is introducing an online booking system for liquor purchases. Customers will be able to place orders through an official portal, select their preferred outlet, and collect their items in person by showing a QR code. This initiative aims to address issues such as overcharging and reduce crowds at physical stores. However, the system will not include home delivery.
