Fugitive caught after 28 years
The Delhi Police has arrested a fugitive who had been on the run for 28 years, identified as Dr. Jhatka, in connection with a murder case from 1998. The police operation took place during a wedding, where Bairagi was apprehended. The fugitive had reinvented his identity in Madhya Pradesh.
