Delhi MCD introduces A-D hygiene ratings for eateries

The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has introduced a new system of hygiene ratings for food establishments, grading them from A to D. This initiative is modelled on a similar system used in New York City. The stated aim of the rating system is to boost food safety standards across the city's eateries.
