Classmate Confesses to BCA Student Murder in Lucknow, Charges Invoked
Police in Lucknow have arrested a classmate in connection with the murder of a 17-year-old BCA student. The accused, identified as Devansh Pathak, reportedly confessed to the crime. Authorities have invoked charges including rape and under the POCSO Act, as well as sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS). The incident occurred in the Para area of Lucknow.
