Indian-Origin Astronaut Completes First NASA Spacewalk
Anil Menon, an Indian-origin astronaut, completed the first of three spacewalks for the Expedition 75 crew at NASA's International Space Station (ISS). The spacewalk was part of a mission to upgrade the space station. Anil Menon and fellow astronaut Jessica Meir spent approximately 6.5 hours outside the ISS, installing mounting hardware for future solar array additions.
