Hospital Mishaps: Plaster Falls, Carton Used for Fracture
Two separate incidents of medical negligence have been reported from Bihar. In one case, a woman was injured when a ceiling plaster fell on her inside a hospital, with the event captured on CCTV. In another incident at a sub-divisional hospital in Begusarai, a man with a fractured leg had a carton tied to it instead of a plaster cast. A video of this second incident went viral, raising questions about the hospital's medical system.
