Bengaluru Hotels Face Action for Food Safety Violations

Bengaluru's Food Safety and Drug Administration Department has initiated action against multiple three-star and five-star hotels following an inspection that revealed significant food safety violations. The drive uncovered expired food items, including meat and milk, and fungal vegetables. At least 26 hotels were found to be non-compliant with hygiene standards.
