AGS Health Files Updated IPO Papers to Raise ₹4,800 Crore

AGS Health, owned by Blackstone, has filed updated draft documents for its initial public offering (IPO) in India. The company plans to raise approximately ₹4,800 crore through a combination of a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale (OFS). Blackstone intends to divest shares worth ₹300 crore as part of the OFS. The IPO is projected to be valued at ₹48 billion.
