Corporator Released After Bail in Hospital Assault Case
Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre was released from jail on Tuesday, a day after the Bombay High Court granted him bail. Mhatre was arrested in connection with an alleged assault on doctors and staff at a hospital in Dombivli. The High Court granted him bail after observing that the police had not yet filed a chargesheet in the case.
