Families Urge Release of Indian Fishermen Jailed in Pakistan
Families of 178 Indian fishermen, predominantly from Gujarat, are appealing for their release from Pakistani jails. The appeals come ahead of India's Independence Day. Forums are also urging the government to facilitate the repatriation of these fishermen. The fishermen have been imprisoned in Pakistan.
