Cyber fraud victims lose lakhs in separate scams

Two individuals in India have been defrauded of significant sums in separate cybercrime incidents. In Bengaluru, a 46-year-old warehouse in-charge lost ₹3.2 lakh after fraudsters posed as National Investigation Agency officials and threatened him with a fake arrest warrant. Separately, a 65-year-old businessman from Nagpur was duped of ₹26 lakh in a cryptocurrency investment scam, with the case registered in Mumbai.
