HUDCO CMD Projects Loan Book to Exceed Rs 2 Lakh Crore by FY27
Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) Chairman and Managing Director Sanjay Kulshrestha projected that the company's loan book will surpass the Rs 2 lakh crore mark by the financial year 2027. HUDCO has already raised Rs 20,000 crore in the first quarter of the current fiscal year. The company plans to mobilize the remaining required funds, estimated at Rs 55,000 crore, within the next three quarters of FY27 to achieve this target.
