NCLAT dismisses Log 9 Mobility executives' plea on EV recovery
The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has dismissed a plea filed by executives of Log 9 Mobility. The executives had challenged an order directing them to assist in the recovery of electric vehicles (EVs) leased from Gensol Leasing. The NCLAT affirmed the National Company Law Tribunal's (NCLT) authority to mandate such assistance from Log 9 Mobility's suspended directors. This decision allows Gensol Leasing to proceed with recovering its leased EVs.
