Tata Sons Chairman N. Chandrasekaran to step down in February 2027
N. Chandrasekaran has decided not to seek reappointment as Chairman of Tata Sons, stating a lack of unanimous board support for an extended term. He will continue in his role until February 2027, completing his tenure. Separately, Vijay Singh has stepped down from his positions at the Sir Ratan Tata Trust, including vice-chairman and trustee.
