Court Denies Maternity Leave for Fourth Child
The Allahabad High Court has ruled that government employees are not entitled to maternity leave for their fourth child. Justice Manju Rani Chauhan issued this order on August 7 in response to a plea filed by Shashi Kumari. The court rejected Kumari's request for maternity leave.
