Nationwide Devotion Marks Sawan Shivratri with Jalabhishek
Across India, devotees participated in Sawan Shivratri celebrations, with chants of "Har Har Mahadev" echoing. Thousands of pilgrims performed 'Jalabhishek' (offering water) to Lord Shiva. Specific events included a large gathering in Kandhla, Shamli, and a Kanwar Yatra in Sarvan. In Haridwar, an estimated 4.80 crore devotees participated in the rituals.
