Monsoon Activity Expected Across India in Coming Days
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued updates regarding monsoon activity across several Indian states. In Chhattisgarh, the monsoon is expected to remain active for the next four days with clouds and rain predicted in many areas. Haryana may experience light to moderate rainfall in 12 districts, with increased intensity anticipated around August 14-15. A new low-pressure system forming in the Bay of Bengal is expected to influence monsoon patterns, potentially bringing increased rainfall to eastern states from August 13. Some forecasts suggest heavy rainfall in the Himalayan foothills after August 16, while other parts of the country might experience a weaker monsoon.
