Securities Appellate Tribunal questions SEBI's ban on Zee Entertainment
The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has questioned the logic behind the Securities and Exchange Board of India's (SEBI) two-month market ban on Zee Entertainment Enterprises. SAT reserved its interim order on the matter. Zee Entertainment is seeking relief to complete a ₹3,143-crore warrant issue within a 15-day window that opens on August 12.
