UNSC report attributes Red Fort blast to Al-Qaeda offshoot
A United Nations Security Council (UNSC) sanctions report has officially attributed the November 2025 Red Fort blast to Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS). The report noted concerns about AQIS attempts to establish cells in Bangladesh. This attribution follows earlier reports that had linked the attack to Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM). The UNSC report confirms the AQIS connection to the blast.
