Monsoon Alert Issued Across India, Heavy Rains Expected
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a monsoon alert for several states across India, predicting heavy rainfall for multiple days. The alert covers regions from Delhi to Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and Odisha. Heavy rainfall is expected to continue in Chhattisgarh from August 13-15, with clouds predicted over Raipur. Meanwhile, hundreds of roads in Himachal Pradesh remain closed due to the ongoing monsoon activity, and a new low-pressure area is forming over the Bay of Bengal.
