Train Service Extended to Katra for Mata Vaishno Devi Pilgrims
The Sabarmati Express train service has been approved to run up to Katra, the base town for the Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. The train will also make a stop at Udhampur. This extension aims to make the journey to the holy site more convenient for devotees. The decision was announced by railway authorities.
