Air India Mandates Drug Tests for All Pilots After Incident
Air India and Air India Express will conduct drug tests for all pilots following an incident involving a Phuket-Delhi flight. The flight's captain tested positive for marijuana. Reports indicate the captain slept for 30-35 minutes during the flight. Separately, Airbus's preliminary investigation into the Phuket-Delhi flight found a rare triple hydraulic failure, during which pilots reportedly lost control for four seconds.
