NITES complains to Labour Ministry about Wipro onboarding delays
The National IT Employees Sena (NITES) has approached the Union Labour Ministry regarding a prolonged onboarding delay for over 200 candidates hired by Wipro for its Elite program. NITES stated that these candidates have repeatedly contacted Wipro's HR departments and other channels without receiving a substantial response. The candidates were hired for the Elite program, and the delay has been ongoing.
